How do you Write your Essays or Articles
I write all my articles on my phone and publish them on my laptop
I remember writing essays in pen or pencil in high school and then using a typewriter to type my paper. I also remember the whiteouts I used to correct typos because there were no redos. But I can't remember the last time I wrote an essay with a pen or pencil.
I write my daily journals on Notion on my laptop because it's faster; I save time. However, writing with a pen or pencil on paper forces me to think more before I write because erasing and redos are harder with paper and pencil than on my laptop.
However, there is no way I would return to writing an essay with paper and pencil and then typing it on my laptop. Technology made it easier to complete the task of writing an essay. I'm taking advantage of my computer. I write most of my Medium, Substack, and NewsBresk articles on my phone and then publish them on my Mac Book Pro.
Final Thought
I haven't written an essay with paper and pencil since high school. My phone is my go-to device for writing all my articles.
I am a dinosaur Don. I still write out everything with pencil and paper and then type it into a word document. It is definitely inefficient...but it is the only way my mind works. That basically goes for anything I write. :)
