“Flow State is a state of being fully immersed in whatever you are doing that you achieve a “sense of ecstasy, a sense of clarity, and you know exactly what you want to do from one moment to another.”
What time of the day can you be in a flow state?
Where is the best place to do your work in a flow state?
Is it important to be in a flow state when doing your online writing?

“Our behavior is the result of the state we’re in” (Robbins, 1986. p. 36)
Examples:
We tend to write when we’re confident in what we’re doing.
We tend to be in a flow state when our belief is high.
We avoid doing something because of fear. For example, I used to avoid public speaking because I feared the audience and speaking in public.
Robbins believes you can control the state you’re in by changing your Internal Representations (What and how you picture in your mind) and your Physiology (Posture, Breathing, Muscular Tension/Relaxation)
Internal Representations
Physiology
I’ve been doing two exercises to get in a flow state and maximize my writing output.
Believe in my work
Find a work time and place that helps me get into a flow state
